Lovari has the ability to compel creatures by speaking, even persuading them into hurting/killing themselves. His powers are auditory and he can only affect creatures who can hear his voice, no matter the medium. He does not have to speak his commands directly, for his true wishes will be received no matter what he says aloud. If they are physically incapable of performing the act, the target will not attempt to carry out his orders. Creatures that are incapable of hearing or understanding him are immune.
